
Q: When I try to activate the full version of the program, it tells me that the activation key is incorrect.
A: There could be a few reasons for this:
1. Make sure you have the latest program version installed. Get update here.
2. Make sure that you have filled in your product key correctly. The code is case sensitive.
3. Make sure you have an Internet connection and that your firewall isn’t blocking traffic.
4. Make sure you have full writing permissions on your hard drive.
If it still doesn't work please contact support. Please remember to also state the exact error message you are receiving.
Q: I get the error message:
Error opening licence-file code:
"The installatio Code of the licence file does not match Code 2”
A: This is a rare problem that can occur on some systems. If this happens you will need a special code from us to perform a manual activation. Uninstall the program, browse to the Intellyweb program folder and delete the remaining files. Reinstall the program and run it. Click the “Activate” button and then select “Manual activation”. The next dialog will display codes. Please contact us and send us “Code 1” from that dialog and we will get back to you with further instructions.
Q: When I try to install the software from the CD the program tries to install something called .NET Framework, what is this and do I really need this?
A: The Microsoft® .NET Framework is an integral Windows component for building and running the next generation of software applications and Web services. The .NET Framework is necessary for running applications made with this technology such as Intellyweb. It will not affect your computer in any way.
Q: The program tells me I have to upgrade to Internet Explorer 6 but I want to use another language version than the one included on the CD. Is this possible?
A: Intellyweb requires Internet Explorer 6 to run, this is included on the CD. If you prefer another language than the ones include on the CD, simply download the latest version of Microsoft® Internet Explorer in the language you prefer from the Microsoft website and install it on your computer before you install Intellyweb.
Q: I already have Internet Explorer, why do I have to install it again?
A: You probably have an old version, it is always recommended to have the latest version. A lot of patches and security fixes are released and by having the newest Internet Explorer you get the best reliability.
